Please Note:  UPS packages are shipped from our warehouse Monday - Friday only.  UPS delivers shipments Monday - Friday only.  There are no weekend deliveries from UPS.  Please keep this in mind when selecting your shipping service.  Orders placed on weekends and holidays will ship on the next regular business day.  Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST Monday-Friday ship the same day and all orders placed after this time will ship on the next regular business day.

 

** Economy and Basic Ground shipments may be sent by UPS and tendered to the local US Postal Service in your area for final delivery to residential addresses.  Please be sure that you provide a physical address that can be delivered to by both UPS and USPS. 

 

Example 1: An order placed on Saturday with 3 Day Select Service will ship the following Monday and arrive on Thursday.

Example 2: An order placed on Thursday BEFORE 2:00PM CST with 3 Day Select Service will ship on Thursday and arrive the following Tuesday.

Example 3: An order placed on Thursday AFTER 2:00PM CST with 3 Day Select Service will ship on Friday and arrive the following Wednesday.

 

Only 3 Day Select, 2 Day Air and Next Day Air shipping services are guaranteed by UPS.  These guarantees are based on the date and time that the order was placed.  On rare occassions, guaranteed shipments may arrive late due to inclement weather.  UPS does not guarantee refunds in these instances.
