As part of the Rebel Alliance, X-Wing Fighters were the guardians of the sky. They flew in the Incom T-65 X-Wing Starfighter and feared no one. Over time, the Incom T-65 X-Wing Starfighter became a true symbol of the Rebellion's starfighters. Often sent into flight and showing many battle scars, the X-Wing Starfighter is a superior craft in design and ruggedness. Located midway through the ship is the X-wing's cockpit module. Behind the X-Wing's cockpit is an astromech socket. The astromech droid provides astrogation data for the fighter's hyperdrives and also serves as a co-pilot and technician during flight.
